Why Your PayPal Payment Says “Pending” or “On Hold”
If you’ve placed an order and see a “Pending” or “On Hold” status on PayPal, don’t worry — this is expected and safe.
Here’s what’s happening:
- PayPal places temporary holds on payments for new business accounts until a short verification period is completed.
- This is PayPal’s internal policy to ensure buyer safety and is triggered after 1–2 successful orders.
- Ragekeys is currently going through that verification period (started late May), which means some payments may appear “On Hold” for up to 21 days.
- Your order is confirmed and locked in regardless of this status — the funds are safely held by PayPal and will automatically be released once their checks are complete.
No action is needed from your side.
