1. Return & Cancellation Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Return/Cancellation Window: You may request a return or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order, and only before production has started. Once production begins, returns or cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

To begin the process:

  • Contact Us: Email us at team@ragekeys.in within the 12-hour window, including your order number, name, item details, and reason for the request.
  • Approval: Once we confirm the request falls within the permitted timeframe and production hasn’t started, we will provide further instructions.

Note: Requests made after the 24-hour window or after production begins will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Covered Costs: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide proof (e.g., photos) when contacting us.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us at team@ragekeys.in within 12 hours of receiving the product.
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting images.
  • We will assess the situation and may offer a refund, replacement, or another resolution.
