Shipping Fees

All purchases from Ragekeys are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
No returns are accepted. All orders shall be cancelled 12 hours before placing an order before production starts, only damaged items will be taken into consideration which also will require proof.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.
